take 5-10 g kwath powder in 400ml water and boil it till 100ml mixture left,then filter it and let it cool.rink this empty stomachin morning1/2-1 hour before breakfast and repeat this method in evening and drink it 1/2-1 hour before meal or as directed by physician.

Using for decade old psoriasis. Works wonder. Only thing, please start with smaller quantity as it is not easily digested. But once used to, it is a wonder. Not only skin issue, it helped eradicate a host of stomach related problems. In fact, it also dissolved my fats. Also taking Kaya kalp vati & applying kaya kalp oil. But problem solved only when this was taken regularly.
