This could be due to the following issues:

• Undeliverable to selected location/pin code.

To track your package:

• Go to Your Orders.
• Check the Delivery partner name and AWB
• Track the AWB on the courier partner website.

Note:If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received the package, contact us within 2 days of the order being marked as delivered.

If you are not happy with the product quality, you can raise a complaint against the product within 24-48 hrs of delivery with valid images of the carton box and the product.

Refund timeline will depend upon the mode of payment done by you. For bank account it will take 5-7 working days and For Swadeshi samridhi card it will take 2-3 working days.
